Audacity is growing, and we’re looking for someone to join us part-time as a Training Facilitator. If you care about neuroinclusion, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of something that actually makes a difference, this could be a great fit.
You don’t need a long list of qualifications or years of experience. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s passionate about neurodiversity and open to learning. We’ll support you with training, coaching, and enrolment in courses that help you build your knowledge and confidence.
The role is mainly remote, with occasional travel to client offices for in-person training sessions. We’ll always give plenty of notice, and we’ll cover all travel costs.
You’ll help deliver training that challenges outdated thinking, opens up conversations, and gives people practical ways to create more inclusive workplaces. You’ll also have the chance to shape how we do things, feeding back on what works and what could be better. You don’t need to be perfect or polished. You just need to care, show up with curiosity, and be willing to grow.
If you're someone who enjoys speaking to groups (even if you get nervous), who’s good at building rapport, and who wants to use your lived or learned experience to drive change, we’d love to hear from you.
We want this to be an accessible process. If you need any adjustments for the application or interview, just let us know. That might mean sending your answers by voice note, having questions in advance, or scheduling chats at times that work better for your energy or routine.
Here’s how to apply
To apply, just send us a CV or short message or video introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about who you are and why this role stood out to you. You don’t need to send a CV unless you want to. You can email us at Tori@audacitync.co.uk with the subject line: Training Facilitator
Once we’ve heard from you, we’ll be in touch to arrange a video chat if it feels like a potential fit. From there, we’ll invite you to complete a small task (you will be compensated for your time). Nothing high-pressure. After that, we’ll have a final conversation to answer any questions and talk about next steps.
We’ll start reviewing applications from 4/6/25.
And if you’re still not sure whether to apply, take this as your sign. We’re not looking for perfect. We’re looking for real.
