Job Description:

A superb opportunity has arisen as a Part-time Training Coordinator working for a leading and rapidly expanding Motor Insurance company; a company that can offer a fun and vibrant working environment (they have a pool table and posh coffee!) excellent benefits, team nights out and personal development.

Tasks

This role involves crafting, delivering, and conducting engaging training and inductions both virtually and in-person. You will ensure staff receive necessary training and development, working alongside managers to identify needs and support their growth and product knowledge.

Location: Redhill

Hours: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday – 08:30 to 17:00

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an online Learning Management System for training delivery and reporting.
  • Supporting staff development by identifying training needs, creating plans, and developing materials.
  • Using coaching to improve performance and support individual goals.
  • Developing and maintaining training in line with regulations and company policies.
  • Evaluating training programs for effectiveness.

Ideal candidate:

Experience in developing and delivering training, confident with technology, and ideally holding a training/teaching qualification. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a commitment to personal growth.
