Diageo, a global drinks leader, seeks a Training Coordinator at Baileys Mallusk to drive training as a strategic priority across the site. You will enable engaged learners and clear career pathways, working closely with managers to embed development opportunities.

You will lead the Training Needs Analysis, identify capability gaps, design and deliver training solutions, and ensure records, compliance and budgets are well managed to support continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in training coordination or a similar HR-focused role.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and basic project management skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum CIPD qualification or HND in business-related subject.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and enhance training and development across the site.
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps.
• Design, deliver and improve training programmes using data.
• Manage training records and budgets; monitor performance.
• Coordinate inductions for new employees, contractors, and apprentices.
• Support internal/external audits and compliance documentation.
