Job summary

Exeter College in Exeter city centre is looking for a Training and Recruitment Advisor to help recruit learners for Apprenticeship programmes across sectors. The role is busy, hands-on and requires drive, initiative and excellent customer service.

You’ll shape the Apprenticeship recruitment strategy, talk to employers and learners, and represent the college at promotional events. The team values Ambition, Collaboration and Energy.

This is a busy, hands-on, varied role, so we want someone with lots of drive and initiative.

You’ll be working on recruitment projects to shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy and represent Exeter College at promotional events. You will be working in a vibrant city centre based office with plenty of scope to get out and about to meet our customers.
