Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training & Procedures Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This role requires a procedures expert with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with airline partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a well-organised library of training resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Ensure all training documents and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Airline Liaison: Maintain regular communication with airlines to ensure documentation aligns with their current requirements.
  • Procedures Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on procedural matters to staff and trainers.
  • Training Resource Management: Develop and maintain a centralised library of training materials to support consistent and effective delivery.
  • Training Integration: Collaborate closely with senior learning and development leadership to ensure corporate training content is effectively integrated.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on training performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Software Implementation: Lead the adoption and use of new software tools to enhance training efficiency and document control.
  • Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative methods for delivering training that support operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training management, procedural development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs within the airline or aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in training software and document management systems
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and process improvement
  • Experience working in a multi-region, international business (desirable)
