Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Extras : Free parking at the Worcester office, Hybrid working available after completion of training!

Our client is a dynamic organisation, dedicated to delivering exceptional training experiences. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a vibrant Training and Events Coordinator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage onsite, public, and tailored courses from initial request to successful delivery.
Schedule, coordinate, and log all training courses and consultancy services in line with company targets.
Maintain the Trainer Diary and in-house CRM system, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Communicate effectively with external organisations and stakeholders regarding course bookings.
Troubleshoot onsite issues and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve queries.
Handle exam ordering and ensure all exam papers are uploaded as needed.
Monitor associate trainer budgets and maintain effective communication regarding availability and course confirmations.
Ensure all essential information is provided to trainers for successful course delivery.
Perform general administrative tasks, including responding to client queries and collating course feedback.
Coordinate venue bookings for courses within budget.
Provide cover for other areas of the Operations Department and Reception when needed.What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications :

Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably in event coordination.
