Join our global team dedicated to delivering high-quality technical publications and training solutions for the automotive industry. As a Training & eLearning Technical Author, you will create engaging, accurate, and visually compelling content that supports service and systems evaluation worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

Gather and analyse technical information on new vehicles and systems by establishing and liaising with key contacts in the business.
Develop and author technical eLearning modules for a client's Learning Management System (LMS).
Create and edit technical videos for internal and external audiences.
Create animations for eLearning, and provide voice over for your media creations.
Produce trainer guides, syllabi, and assessments for new training programs.
Deliver ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions for completed programs.
Liaise with technical training teams to ensure objectives are met and content is quality‑checked.
Track progress and report to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong technical knowledge and/or hands‑on experience within the automotive service and repair industry is essential.
Proven experience in technical authoring, illustration and animation, or experience in writing and delivering similar textual and graphical‑based documentation of a technical nature.
Experience with eLearning and video media creation.
Experienced in creating voiceovers for eLearning and videos, blending narration with background audio and embedding into media.
Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong IT skills; familiarity with CAD, Cortona3D, SCORM, Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Illustrator etc.
Knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE) is an advantage.
