Job summary

WeBuyVintage in Cambridge is seeking a Field-Based Training Content Producer to turn hands-on expertise into clear learning materials. The role spans roadshows, visits to operational locations, and UK travel, combining content creation with instructional design.

You will capture video, photography and interviews, create SOPs and digital modules, and manage the LMS while upholding brand standards. The role demands collaboration with frontline teams and managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Premiere Pro.
  • Eye for detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Confident working independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between WeBuyVintage location
  • Experience creating e-learning modules using authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and update training materials as processes evolve.
  • Support new initiatives and operational changes with timely learning content.
  • Design course content and consumption frameworks for our next generation talent pipeline.
  • Track learner engagement and completion data, producing reports and insights.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Training Content Producer who enjoys working in the field, capturing best practice, and turning real‑world expertise into engaging learning content.

The Role:

As our Field-Based Training Content Producer, you’ll spend time across our roadshows and operational locations, working alongside experienced colleagues to identify training needs & create company wide strategy (including document, training materials & process for adoption).

As part of this, you’ll need to spend time understanding our colleagues and how they learn by observing day-to-day operations. Creating strategy will require capturing video, photography and interviews, and transform complex processes into clear, engaging learning resources. This role combines content creation, instructional design and field collaboration, ensuring our training reflects how work is really done. You’ll also need to be comfortable getting in front-off the camera too.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. dependent on experience

This role is based in our Cambridge office 2-3 days a week, and some UK travel may be required.
