Job Description:

Our client, a leading wealth management firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service, is looking for a Training and Competency Supervisor to join their team. This role involves supporting the development, supervision, and ongoing competence of financial advisers, ensuring regulatory standards are met and fostering professional excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support advisers in line with the firm’s T&C scheme and FCA requirements.
• Conduct observations, coaching, and assessments of advisers.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators to identify training needs.
• Lead induction training for new advisers and support ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Learning & Development teams for governance and improvement.
• Provide MI reporting and contribute to audits and reviews.
• Promote ethical advice and continuous learning culture.

• Proven experience in a T&C related role.
