Our client, a leading wealth management firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service, is looking for a Training and Competence Supervisor to join their team in Stevenage. The role involves supporting the development, supervision, and ongoing competence of financial advisers, ensuring regulatory standards are met while fostering professional excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support advisers in line with the firm’s T&C scheme and FCA requirements.
• Conduct observations, coaching, and assessments of advisers.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators to identify training needs.
• Lead induction training for new advisers and support ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Learning & Development teams to improve the T&C framework.
• Provide MI reports and contribute to audits and regulatory reviews.
• Promote ethical advice and continuous learning within the adviser community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a T&C related role.
