Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and deliver instructor-led training for regulated banking operations in the UK. You will educate colleagues, develop blended learning content and monitor programme effectiveness across projects and initiatives.

You will partner with operational stakeholders to identify training needs, translate risk issues into learning solutions, and ensure governance and accreditation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops or learning programmes.
• Experience working within Financial Crime, Customer Screening, Adverse Media Screening, Payment Screening, Sanctions, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Investigations or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders to identify learning needs, challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and translate business, risk or performance issues into effective learning solutions and interventions.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining role-specific training solutions, including instructor-led, digital and blended learning content.
• Experience analysing learner, quality, operational or performance data to identify trends, determine learning requirements, evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience using learning technologies and management systems, such as Workday Learning, Learning Lab, SharePoint, Excel, automation tools or equivalent platforms, to support learning delivery, governance and reporting.
