Job Title: Training & Administration Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes, MK15 – Office Based
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Our client is a growing specialist business supporting theUK collision repair sector through mobile services, remote diagnostics andprogramming, and a dedicated training centre in Milton Keynes.
Their IMI-approved training centre delivers a wide range ofautomotive training, including EV, welding, MET, paint, panel, VDA, ADAS andother industry-specific courses. They also work with external training andassessment providers to deliver qualifications and bespoke training programmesfor customers.
The Role
Our client is looking for an organised and customer-focusedTraining & Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operationof their training services.
The role will be responsible for coordinating trainingbookings, liaising with customers, suppliers, assessors and awarding bodies,maintaining accurate training and booking records, preparing assessmentdocumentation and supporting the wider administration of the training centre.
This is a busy, varied role that requires excellentorganisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks andpriorities at the same time.
The successful candidate will be comfortable communicatingwith customers and external providers, working independently and ensuring thattraining bookings and associated administration are completed accurately and ontime.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided. Previous experience of theautomotive training sector, awarding bodies, Xero or specific training systemsis not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
We are looking for someone with strong administration andorganisational skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Thesuccessful candidate will be supported to develop the knowledge and skillsrequired to confidently carry out the role.
