The role
As a Trainer - Machining and Fitting Instructor you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Early Careers Lead, you'll design and deliver work-based training for the Machinist, Fitting and Inspection apprentices and also graduate engineers, as well as acting as their first line manager. No prior training experience is required as we will look to develop you into the role.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely alongside the operation leadership team to assist with professional development training to the skilled workforce.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at our Ashton Vale site in South Bristol.
