The Apprenticeship Directorate seeks a qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessor in Team Leading and Management. The role involves working with Level 3, 4, and 5 apprentices and their employers, conducting progress reviews, delivering training, and assessing competency. Applicants should have drive, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal, IT, and organizational skills, and be willing to travel across the northeast region to employer premises and college sites.
The role involves inspiring, motivating, and coaching apprentices, monitoring their progress, designing and delivering training/workshops, supporting quality improvement processes, and engaging employers to support growth and satisfaction.
