We seek a qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessor in Team Leading and Management, working with Level 3, 4, and 5 apprentices and their employers. The role involves conducting progress reviews, teaching, training, assessing, and being the main contact. Candidates should have enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal, IT, and organizational skills, and be willing to travel across the northeast region.
To inspire, motivate, and coach apprentices, monitoring their progress and supporting their timely completion. To design, develop, and deliver training/workshops, support quality improvement processes, and engage employers to support growth and satisfaction.
