What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Training you’ll be involved in:

  1. Preparing and delivering learning material to clients and to new Reapit colleagues, ensuring required standards are met and project requirements are covered.
  2. Completing basic and more complex training needs analysis as required.
  3. Designing, creating, developing, customising and maintaining learning solution content and resources to deliver agreed outcomes.
  4. Maintaining manual and online training records as required.
  5. Working with clients to ensure and optimise their operational investment.
  6. Collaborating with other internal teams on training plans.

Who we’re looking for

At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.

Experience:

  1. Experience as a face-to-face and online trainer, ideally in software CRM based solutions or estate agency.
  2. Experience of developing professional training materials.
  3. Knowledge of UK Estate Agency (preferred, not essential).

Technical Skills:

  1. Knowledge and use of a LMS (Learning Management System) to record and deliver training material.
  2. Some knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Camtasia (or similar) for the creation of learning assets is preferable.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  2. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  3. Demonstrates effective presentation skills, confidently leading a room.

What your impact and success looks like

As a Trainer, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

  1. Be familiar with our product suite and the solutions we have.
  2. Understand the training options available to internal and external staff.
  3. Externally deliver our most popular basic course.
  4. Internally deliver our other basic courses.
  5. Present learnings of estate agency processes.

Within 3 months:

  1. Externally deliver all front-end courses.
  2. Internally deliver property management courses.
  3. Manage a basic Go Live project for a new customer.

Within 6 months:

  1. Confidently deliver all front end, property management and reporting courses.
  2. Internally deliver basic client accounts knowledge.
  3. Manage a large Go Live project.
