Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Trainee Youth Worker Within Schools to support pupils across primary, secondary and specialist schools in the Gloucester (GL1) area. This is an excellent entry point to gain classroom experience while applying transferable youth-work skills.

You'll work alongside experienced staff providing one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning, build confidence and resilience. Flexible part-time and long-term opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people through youth work, sports coaching, care, mentoring or community projects.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.
