Currys is seeking a Trainee White Goods Engineer for their Basingstoke Customer Service Centre. This full-time, permanent role involves testing and fixing white goods appliances in customers' homes while driving a company van.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in repairs and a strong focus on customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of £28k - £32k, with OTE of £31k - £35k.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ideally ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).

Responsibilities

• Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively.
• Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in customers’ homes.
• Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
