Pacifica is recruiting an experienced White Goods Engineer in Northampton to visit customers’ homes, diagnose faults and repair domestic appliances with a focus on high-quality service.

You will repair multiple appliance types, manage parts and bookings, and work in a team that values professional conduct and customer satisfaction. Pacifica offers training, a company van and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.

• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

Responsibilities

The Role

As part of our engineering team, you'll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience on every visit.

You'll repair four or more of the following appliance types:

• Washing Machines
• Tumble Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigeration appliances
• Electric Cooking appliances

Using our industry-leading technology, you'll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.
