Description

As a Trainee Water Pressure Tester, you will assist in testing, maintaining, and installing components of water supply systems. This includes pressure testing, leak detection, and ensuring safety standards are met. Training and support will be provided to develop the necessary skills for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Pressure Testing: Assist with pressure testing of water mains and connections to ensure proper functionality and identify leaks.
• Leak Detection and Repair: Assist with identifying and diagnosing leaks.
• Sampling and Chlorination: Assist with water sampling and chlorination procedures to ensure water quality and safety.
• Documentation and Reporting: Help complete paperwork, record test results, and maintain accurate records.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow health and safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with team members, developers, and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of plumbing and water systems is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
