Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) in Dartford is seeking a Trainee Commercial Tyre Technician. This role offers a unique blend of Academy-based learning and on-the-job experience to develop into a qualified tyre technician for commercial, agricultural and industrial vehicles.

Training includes two weeks at Maidstone Training Academy with a dedicated mentor, plus hands-on experience and a potential uncapped bonus, overtime and call-out opportunities.

• A full UK driving licence.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work overtime and join an on-call rota.
• A practical approach and determination to succeed in a hands-on role.

• Spend at least 2 weeks at our dedicated Training Academy in Maidstone, with our expert Training Team.
• Gain hands‑on experience and support from a dedicated mentor throughout your development.
• Learn specialist tyre fitting and repair across a range of commercial, agricultural and industrial vehicles.
• Once qualified, enjoy an uncapped bonus scheme plus overtime and call‑out opportunities.

Please note that travel with likely overnight stays will be required during your initial training period.
