Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is launching a Commercial Tyre Technician training programme in Carlisle. The Trainee Technician role combines Academy learning with on-the-job experience to build a career with the UK's largest Commercial Vehicle Tyre service provider.

You will train at our Rochdale academy for two weeks, work with a mentor, learn tyre fitting for commercial, agricultural, and industrial vehicles, and enjoy an uncapped bonus with overtime and call-out opportunities once

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work overtime and join an on-call rota.
• A practical approach and the determination to succeed in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with dedicated mentor during development.
• Learn specialist tyre fitting and repair for commercial vehicles.
• Progress to uncapped bonus, overtime and call-out opportunities.
• Travel with overnight stays during the initial training period.

• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 12.00

• Spend at least 2 weeks at our dedicated Training Academy inRochdale, with our expert Training Team.
• Gain hands-on experience and support from a dedicated mentor throughout your development.
• Learn specialist tyre fitting and repair across a range of commercial, agricultural and industrial vehicles.
• Once qualified, enjoy an uncapped bonus scheme plus overtime and call-out opportunities.

Please note that travel with likely overnight stays will be required during your initial training period.
