Working in a modern, open-plan office with a team of 2, and a mix of office-based and field-based work, this role offers real variety. Reporting to the Head of Department and working alongside an experienced Engineer, duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Acting as a customer-facing representative of the company to clients
• Liaising with suppliers and customers via telephone and email to gather information
• Compiling pre-survey information packs with maps, drawings, plans, and documents
• Attending sites across the UK alongside the Engineer to assist with conducting site surveys
• Producing outcome reports on the bespoke system after survey completion
• Creating analytical reports on Excel related to survey results, using formulas and v-lookups
• Processing and submitting application forms on behalf of clients
• Following strict industry compliance policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the wider office team to ensure efficient service and supporting other teams as required
• N.B – Due to the field-based nature of the surveys, the role involves nationwide travel (expenses paid) and physical duties

Working Hours:

• 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
