Qualifications

• No experience required, but commitment, passion and dedication are key attributes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important for interacting with pupils and staff.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold Enhanced DBS clearance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Assist in enabling pupils to participate in general class activities and make progress.
• Follow school policies on learning, behaviour and disability equality.
• Contribute to developing literacy, numeracy and other core skills through the curriculum.
