Protocol Education Limited is seeking Trainee Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings in Durham, Sunderland and surrounding areas. No formal qualifications required; passion for helping children is key.

You will work with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, patient, and motivated to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis within the classroom.
