Job summary

Vision for Education is launching a National Teaching Assistant Programme across England. The Trainee Teaching Assistant will work with class teachers to manage behaviour, support interventions and assist pupils with SEND, while recording progress and behaviour.

You will receive high-quality training on placement and on-the-job experience, empowering you to start a teaching career in schools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with behaviour management and interventions.
• Provide additional support to children with SEND.
• Record and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Help ensure children make good progress in the classroom.
