About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced staff to support a child on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored assistance to meet their unique needs. You’ll help create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment, working closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure the child thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized support to a child, encouraging their engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and external specialists to deliver the best outcomes.
• Adapt your approach to suit the child’s needs and promote positive development.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Provide encouragement and celebrate progress to build confidence.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
