Vision For Education is excited to offer this bespoke opportunity to support passionate individuals in entering the education sector. We collaborate with client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.
After a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will assist in securing a paid placement in a school to develop your skills. We will help you establish your identity as an educator and choose your specialist area from EYFS, KS1, KS2 to secondary school and SEND provision.
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant.
Teaching Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of schools. Effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for supporting children's daily needs. They build relationships with staff, children, and families.
The role varies by school. You may support the teacher in class, run small group interventions, or work one-on-one to meet children's needs and help them thrive.
