Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting motivated individuals in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire to become Trainee Teaching Assistants. The programme requires no prior classroom experience and combines training with real classroom placement opportunities.

You will learn to support pupils, work with teachers, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed. A paid placement may follow upon completion.

Trainee Teaching Assistant

Salary: 14.24 per hour

Become a Teaching Assistant

The National Teaching Assistant Programme offers a structured route into education, combining dedicated training with the opportunity to gain real classroom experience.

You'll learn how to support pupils, work effectively alongside teachers, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

After successfully completing the programme, you'll have the opportunity to take up apaid placement in a local primary, secondary, or SEND school.
