Job summary

West London NHS Trust is recruiting a Trainee Systemic Family Practitioner to join the CCAMHS team. The role combines clinical work with a structured training year, supported by NHSE funding and supervision. You will be enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course and will travel for teaching sessions as part of the programme.

The post is 1.0 WTE, fixed-term for 12 months, with opportunities to apply for vacancies within the service after completion and dedicated career development support.

Qualifications

• This is a training role within CYP-IAPT
• One-year fixed-term post funded by NHSE
• Successful candidates will study for a Postgraduate Diploma
• Travel to King’s College London for teaching during the training year

Responsibilities

• Work within the Hammersmith and Fulham CCAMHS team
• Attend weekly teaching and apply learning to clinical interventions with children and families
• Balance a busy work and study schedule with protected study time
• Engage in supervision and CPD to develop competencies in systemic family practice
