Job summary

Mantra Services Limited is seeking a Trainee Surveyor to join the Northamptonshire-based team and work on sites across the UK mainland. The role is full-time and provides on-the-job training to develop core surveying skills and progress within the team alongside experienced surveyors.

Occasional overnight, weekend, and travel away from home are expected as the company operates across the UK. A full UK driving licence is required and the right to work in the UK must be held.

Role Description

This is a full time Trainee Surveyor role located in Northampton, working on sites covering the entire mainland UK. The candidate will work within a survey team conducting the various types of surveys, developing skills by undertaking on-the-job training to gain the knowledge and skills required to progress within the team from experienced surveyors and other associated colleagues.

As we work across the UK, occasional overnight, weekend and working away from home will be required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Have a passion for a career as a surveyor.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Have a full clean UK driving licence. Held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Have a desire to learn and work as part of a team environment.
• Have an appreciation of early mornings and outdoor working in all weathers.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work away.
• Right to Work in the UK.
