Deichmann in Scotland is seeking a Trainee Manager to join on a full-time, permanent basis with an initial salary of £30,500 per year.

You will be based in a store on the district and, after training, support and hold stores across the surrounding area, mainly Dundee and Aberdeen. This role offers hands-on leadership with a clear progression path to Store Manager, with extensive training and travel across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related sector is required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate resources and manage rotas.
• Experience with stock management and merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in sales and product knowledge.
• Resource planning, rotas, and budget adherence.
• Stock management responsibilities.
• Analyze sales performance data and identify insights to improve performance.
• Ensure company standards in merchandising and admin are followed.
• Support KPI delivery and recruitment/training of the team.
