An exciting opportunity exists to train as a Sonographer in the Maternity Ultrasound department at Imperial College Hospital Trust. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to train as a Sonographer in the Maternity Ultrasound department at Imperial College Hospital Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an interest in pursuing a career in ultrasound to receive training.
Preferably you will be a HCPC / NMC registered health care professional with a back ground in Imaging (Radiography) or Midwifery. Practical training will be provided by the Obstetric Ultrasound Department and will cover Gynaecological and Obstetric modules.
You will be required to register with an academic center to undertake a Post Graduate Certificate course in Clinical Ultrasound covering gynaecological and obstetric modules. Training will take place across two hospital sites Queen Charlotte and Chelsea and St. Mary's Hospital.
