Noble Rot is seeking a Trainee Sommelier (Bartender) in London. You will organise and dispense wines from a daily changing by-the-glass menu and continually taste and learn about wines and producers. The role emphasizes warm hospitality and discussing producers by name to share what makes them special.

Ideal candidates are excited to develop wine knowledge and begin the Bartender → Sommelier career path, with a strong training program and progression opportunities within Noble Rot.
