Job summary

Graham is seeking a motivated Trainee Site Engineer to join its Building Division in the Midlands. You will gain hands-on experience on-site, receive structured training, and work with experienced professionals to develop technical expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Undertake surveying and setting out duties, check drawings and quantities.
• Assist in scheduling of materials and plan site operations to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors and maintain quality records.
• Support the Site Manager and site team to deliver on project objectives.
