Qualifications

• No prior SEN experience required.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Background in teaching, childcare, youth work or similar is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN and SEND on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Assist teachers and support staff to help pupils access lessons.
• Promote inclusive and calm classroom environments.
• Contribute to safeguarding and CPD training.
