Qualifications

• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Full UK Driving Licence for manual or automatic car.
• Before starting you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential home owners.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients.
• Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor.
