Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Dagenham branch. The role focuses on canvassing to generate new business, coordinating property viewings, and learning how to market homes to attract buyers.

You will match buyers to properties, maintain contact with buyers and vendors, and guide clients through the sales process from offer to completion. This is a hands-on, full-time position with daily branch support.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our multi office independent client based in Dagenham RM10

Sales experience is not a necessity , however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week)

Salary: OTE of £25.000 - £30.000pa basic salary to be discussed.

Must have own vehicle, some expenses covered
