Job summary

Bridgfords Northallerton is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will work toward becoming a Sales Negotiator in our residential sales team. This entry level role provides a comprehensive development and training program with a clear career ladder and uncapped commission opportunities.

You will learn valuations, property viewings, how to negotiate offers and progress sales through to exchange and completion, while supporting the Mortgage Advisor to maximise appointments.

Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced sales person.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
