Job description

Join Sigma Plantfinder as a Trainee Sales Executive, where you’ll receive hands-on training and the chance to make a real impact from day one!

We specialise in connecting businesses with the foundation machinery they need to thrive. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, both old and new, while gaining invaluable experience in the sales field.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
  1. Reconnect with companies already listed in our CRM system.
  2. Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Research & Outbound Outreach:
  1. Use Google and other tools to research and identify potential new clients.
  2. Make initial contact with businesses to explore their requirements for foundation machinery.
Historical Data Analysis:
  1. Review historical data to identify opportunities for reconnection.
  2. Establish whether companies have used foundation machinery for sale or are looking to purchase.
Sales Process Development:
  1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM.
  2. Collaborate with senior sales staff to learn best practices and refine sales strategies.
