Trainee Sales Executive

Location: Basildon, Essex

About the role:

We are looking for confident, driven, and ambitious individuals with previous office-based sales experience who want to build a career and thrive in a telephone-based role. Your main responsibilities will include developing business by sourcing opportunities, making calls, and closing deals with assistance from your head of desk.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Previous experience in a targeted sales role is preferred
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach to selling
  • Account management or upselling experience is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and business knowledge

Full training will be provided. We value a great attitude and a desire to succeed, along with some telephone-based sales experience. The company aims to promote from within and will support your career development.

Compensation includes a basic salary depending on age and experience, plus attractive quarterly bonuses, incentives, and a package that may include free parking or proximity to public transport.
