What is the role?

We are recruiting for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our growing Sales Team in Cornwall.

As a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll be given full training and support to develop your skills and become an expert in selling beautiful, newly built homes. You'll learn the ins and outs of the industry, while making a real difference by helping people find their dream homes.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in understanding the available properties and developments
2. Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits and features of new homes
3. Take part in the demonstration of finishing touches to customers to enable them to design their perfect home
4. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
5. Build relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service at every step
6. Learn about the sales process and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged New Homes Sales Advisor

What experience do I need?

1. A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for property and sales
2. Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
3. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
