Job summary

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd. is helping a Christchurch-based retailer recruit a Trainee Retail Sales Advisor. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise on product choices, and promote offers to maximise sales while learning the business inside out.

You’ll work five days a week from 9:00 to 17:30, with some weekend shifts on a rota. Benefits include bonuses, pension contributions, training, free parking, and annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the store.

• Work on the CRM to maximise opportunities and gather leads.
• Communicate with customers face to face and digitally.
• Process sales orders and handle payments.
