Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a solid knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience.

Further details are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in candidates with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
