Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.

A full list of criteria is available on the RICS website. We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
