We are seeking applicants for our 2024 Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme in Maidstone. As a trainee surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping our company. We have developed a comprehensive training programme, including exposure to various property types and scenarios, as well as a mentoring scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Four or more years of industry experience.
