Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

Eligibility for the trainee programme requires:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.

We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
