Your key responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead one of our sensory panels
• Prepare tests, organise sessions and samples, and develop test questionnaires
• Conduct sessions including descriptive profiling, temporal assessment, and discrimination testing
• Monitor and evaluate panelists’ performance

Additional responsibilities:

• Assist with statistical analysis and data visualisation
• Support report writing for clients
• Participate in facility management tasks such as test planning and product supply
• Contribute to quality assurance processes
• Collaborate closely with team members to support broader business objectives

Your profile:

• University degree, preferably in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or economics
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong social skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in project management or sensory panel operation is desirable
