Job Description:

Trainee Recruitment Resourcer – US Division

Location: Altrincham – Free onsite parking

Starting basic salary: £26k per annum (+ Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.)

Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 8pm (Flexible), Friday: 5 hours flexible WFH

The Role

• You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates for jobs passed from your Client Solutions counterpart.
• You’ll be expected to use your initiative regarding market knowledge and gathering commercial information to share with the team.
• The role is conversation-driven, and you will be expected to be on the phones frequently.
• We will fully train and support your development to ensure you’re confident in your new role.
• As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence processes end to end.

• Recruitment Consulting or Resourcing
• Call Centre experience
