Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for clients and candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidate pools.
• Create engaging vacancy descriptions and source suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, negotiate salary packages where relevant, and document the process.
• Utilise vacancy marketing platforms to reach suitable candidates and support the recruitment workflow.
